As an Agent with McCurdy Real Estate Group for the last eight years, Maritza Vega combined her passion for education with her interest in real estate. She views her role as a realtor to patiently guide and educate her clients in the home buying and selling processes. A skilled advocate and negotiator who values the trust clients place in her, Maritza strives for clear communication to minimize stress and ensure a smooth transaction.
Maritza earned a B.S. Degree in Psychology and Spanish Education and a Masters Degree in English as a Second Language from the University at Albany and has completed coursework towards a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Russel Sage College. She recently retired from a career in public service with the NYS Education Department, and loves spending her free time with family and friends, DIY projects, reading, dancing, traveling, music, and laughing.
